Vector Solutions is looking for a Sr. Analyst of Go to Market Compensation to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation plans that align with our go-to-market strategy and drive performance across our sales, customer success, and other client-facing teams. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our incentive programs are effective, fair, and scalable.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with GTM leadership and Revenue Operations to support the definition and implementation of compensation goals across Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
  • Assist in building and maintaining variable compensation models that align with business objectives such as prospecting, cross-selling, upselling, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform data analysis to evaluate the impact of incentive plans on performance outcomes and business results, with a focus on measuring plan effectiveness and alignment with GTM strategy.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in revenue, retention, and compensation analyses by maintaining and validating key inputs across systems and reports.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for cross-functional partners including HR, Sales Leadership, GTM, and Customer Experience on matters related to sales incentive compensation.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market research on incentive-based roles to support recommendations related to plan competitiveness, internal equity, and talent retention.
  • Assist with the preparation of compensation plan documentation, presentations, dashboards, and periodic reporting.
  • Support ongoing audits and reviews of compensation calculations and payouts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives related to compensation planning and operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the broader Revenue Operations and Compensation teams.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or a related field, with direct involvement in incentive design and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market functions and sales compensation principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and compensation tools (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus (preferred).
  • Must be in an EST or CST time zone.
