We're actively seeking a talented Life Operations Strategic Director to join our team.

This role is 100% remote. You'll stay connected to Pacific Life from your home office.

  • How you'll help move us forward:
    Develops the organization's strategic plan(s) to solve business problems, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance.
  • Conducts analysis and research including evaluation of industry trends, new and emerging technologies, vendor assessments, environmental scans, business models, and organizational positioning analyses.
  • Synthesizes information, prepares reports and briefings, and disseminates to key stakeholders.
  • Leads/coordinates the annual strategic planning process including integrating business unit plans with the corporate plan, planning and leading strategic planning meetings, documenting the strategic plan, and facilitating strategic reporting and measurement.
  • Provides strategic decision support on projects and initiatives leveraging market research and analysis to structure, inform, and drive business decisions.
  • Leads strategic projects, determining methodologies, clarifying outcomes, analyzing business processes and issues, and defining possible solutions. Conducts reviews of achievements and performance vs. strategic plans.

  • Solves unique or complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
  • Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirements. Judgment & Supervision:
  • Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
  • May lead functional teams or projects.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$163,620.00 - $199,980.00
