IT Specialist

Staffmark is seeking an experienced IT Specialist for a direct hire opportunity with a respected company in Pooler, GA. Pay Rate:

• $25.00-$40.00/hr
• Based on experience, certifications, and role level

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Occasional after-hours or on-call support may be required for system maintenance or project implementations

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and internal ticketing systems
• Support multiple departments across locations as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of system issues, resolutions, and asset tracking
• Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades, rollouts, and security best practices

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of IT support or systems administration experience required
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, AD, Office 365, and helpdesk systems
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation for occasional multi-site support
• Ability to lift/move IT equipment up to 40 lbs
