Supply Chain Project Manager

Leads overall solution development as the key interface with Sales, Engineering/Operations, Technology, and other internal resources to align deliverables with overall project goals throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Functions

• Design, develop, and implement supply chain solutions in support of internal/external customers and/or corporate initiatives.
• Provide support with tenured Project Managers on customer projects.
• Provide supply chain improvement recommendations by evaluating the customer supply chain network while applying fact-based analysis and knowledge in transportation modes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business or a related field.

Minimum Experience

Minimum of four (4) years business experience in a supply chain related field to include designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business situations. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to project manage and work on multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to present solutions to customers and leadership. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. Advanced skills with business software, spreadsheet applications and presentation applications. Embraces learning and continual improvement.

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to project manage multiple customer projects concurrently and meet established timelines. Supply Chain, Ecommerce, Engineering, and or FedEx Sales experience preferred. Strong Analytical skills, Experience working with large data sets. Comfortable developing and presenting solutions to customers, FedEx Sales, and leadership. Strong interpersonal skills, strong written, oral and presentation skills. Preferred specific skills in Project Management and Engineering.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90-$10,898.39/month. Charlotte: $6,511.62-$8,627.89/month. Miami: $6,854.33-$9,081.99/month. Los Angeles: $7,882.48-$10,444.28/month. Chicago: $7,539.76-$9,990.18/month. Atlanta: $6,511.62-$8,627.89/month.
