The Job As Sr Manager of Digital Product Management, this leader will be responsible for the coordination, oversight and leadership of SCAN's digital product managers, priorities and roadmap, managing the digital product efforts that support SCAN's business goals while supporting the end-to-end digital experience. S/he should have a detailed understanding of best-of-breed end-to-end, consumer product experiences, digital engagement -driving product strategies, and digital product methodologies (in an lean/agile environment). This person must perform as a hands-on leader and think/operate strategically while executing effectively across multiple, concurrent workstreams, and collaborate closely with User Experience (UX) and Engineering. This person must be highly engaged, proactive, extremely detail-oriented, and a collaborator with exceptional digital product/design, execution and project management skills. This leader will focus on a customer-driven, outcome-based focus for all product development initiatives. This role requires the ability to think strategically and perform tactically while navigating a highly matrixed organization.
