The Inside Sales Representative position is a contract-to-hire role based in Concord, CA, with hybrid potential after the initial training and performance period. The role is focused on responding to warm leads-no cold calling required-and delivering exceptional customer service while managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries. Key Details: * Start Date: June 2025 * Contract Length: 6 months * Pay During Contract: $20/hr * Post-Conversion Pay: $16.50/hr base + average $2,600/month commission * Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, open availability required within Mon-Fri 6am-6pm and Sat-Sun 8am-4:30pm * Training: On-site, Mon-Fri business hours * Location: 1140 Galaxy Way, Suite 150, Concord, CA 94520 * Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (after conversion, based on performance) Job Responsibilities * Handle inbound sales inquiries and place outbound calls to web-generated leads * Manage multiple phone lines and resolve customer issues * Retain customers using defined tools * Maintain CRM records and follow up on pending leads * Deliver excellent service and identify solutions to daily challenges Highlights & Benefits * No prospecting or cold calling * Strong team culture with feedback-rich environment * Growth potential into higher-level sales roles * Post-conversion benefits include: * Medical/Dental/Vision * 401K with 50% match * 6 sick days * Perks like sports tickets and massages Thank you for considering this opportunity!
