Looking to get your foot in the door with a great company? Staffmark is hiring Entry-Level Mail Sorters for a busy logistics facility in Kansas City, MO. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy fast-paced work and want to be part of a team that keeps mail moving across the country.

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule:

1st Shift - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

6:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Shift times may vary based on workload)

Responsibilities:



  • Sort and organize mail efficiently for distribution and delivery
  • Accurately enter zip codes, barcodes, and addresses into the system manually as needed
  • Monitor truck load quality and maximize trailer space
  • Perform basic data entry for incoming mail tracking
  • Ensure drivers check in with required documentation
  • Assist with mail that needs manual input after automated processing
  • Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs



Requirements:



  • Entry-level position - no prior experience required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
