Pay & Schedule:



  • Pay: $17.00/hour
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No rotating shifts)



What You'll Be Doing:

As a key member of the customer service team, you'll ensure a seamless experience for customers and support field staff by handling essential service operations, including:



  • Providing professional and friendly support via phone, email, in person, and online platforms
  • Coordinating with drivers and field employees to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Processing payments, entering new accounts, and handling refunds accurately
  • Creating work orders, tracking service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of missed stops or pick-ups
  • Conducting credit checks and maintaining up-to-date customer records
  • Scanning contracts, maintaining compliance logs, and supporting office procedures
  • Promoting a positive company image by maintaining a clean and organized workspace



What We're Looking For:



  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support roles
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
