We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Specialist to join our client's growing team in Broussard, LA. If you have experience in EDI billing and a strong customer service mindset, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience)

Shift: First Shift | Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Manage all aspects of electronic billing accounts
  • Monitor and update EDI portals to track invoices, approvals, disputes, and missing records
  • Investigate and resolve disputes efficiently to ensure timely payment
  • Collaborate with billing and collections teams for seamless invoice processing
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed



What We're Looking For:



  • At least 1 year of experience in collections and electronic billing
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience with EDI portals such as ARIBA, OpenInvoice, Coupa, DocVue, or OGsys
