Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a vital process in poultry production? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Hatchery Production Technician! This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where you'll play a key role in preparing, handling, and processing eggs and chicks while ensuring quality and cleanliness every step of the way.

Schedule: 3:50am - 1:00pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

Pay: $12/hr.

What You'll Do:



  • Receive, prepare, sort, and set eggs for optimal incubation quality
  • Load/unload egg shipments and supplies with power or pallet jacks
  • Operate egg-handling equipment such as the Automatic Rack Transfer machine
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and hatchery areas to meet quality standards
  • Grade chicks, operate basket stackers, and prepare them for delivery
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure eggs are rotated properly
  • Perform in-ovo injection transfers with care to minimize breakage
  • Use spray vaccination and cleaning systems to support hatchery health
