OEM Support

  • Manage projects
    • Specific projects identified by OEM
      • Equipment updates
      • Large number of installs
      • Customer specific upgrades
    • Internal Superior Service projects benefiting OEM relationship
      • Process improvement
      • Communication
      • Technology improvement
  • Admin oversite of maintenance:
    • Vehicle stocking,
      • Work with market to assign techs to program/project
      • Work with planning to ensure agreed stocking levels on vehicle.
    • Portal Management
      • Update notes and forms
      • Have OEM's added to the portal
      • Update labor rates
    • OEM set-up (System)
      • Have OEM set in SAP
      • Ensure forms and manuals are logged in appropriate locations for tech access
      • OEM tech bulletins
  • Report creation/maintenance/update
    • OEM First time fix
    • Return to service time
    • Parts usage
    • Profitability of OEM and or project
    • Financial
  • Process improvement,
    • Address challenges as they arise
      • Internal process
      • Communication
      • Program/project process
  • Relationship builder-OEM's
    • Understand and collaborate with OEM team members
    • Work to improve processes between businesses
  • Program tracking,
    • Tech assignments
    • Billing process/status
    • Form submission
    • Status of individual service events
  • Collaboration with:
    • OEM Warranty Team
    • Coordination with the OEM Warranty Billing Team
  • Assistance with OEM Checklists
  • Create and track OEM Warranty calls to completion
    • Handle emails sent to the OEM Partners mailbox by OEMs requesting warranty service
    • Communicate necessary information to call center and field
    • Track call to completion and provide updates to OEM as needed
  • Other tasks duly assigned to ensure the success of the partnership between SCES and the OEM.
