What You'll Do: * Deliver hands-on support for Windows 10/11 workstations and peripherals. * Perform IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) and imaging tasks. * Manage asset tagging, recovery, and disposal per client protocols. * Support software installations and troubleshoot Office 365 and other enterprise tools. * Provide friendly, effective support at the Tech Bar and across the office. * Assist with mobile device returns and shipping logistics. * Keep ITSM systems updated and aligned with support processes. What You Bring: * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common hardware troubleshooting. * Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and mobile device support (Android/iOS). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Top Skills: * Windows 10 troubleshooting & basic network support * Hardware support (printers, monitors, etc.) * Software support (Office 365, Adobe, Outlook) * Mobile device setup & support Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.
