A TEKsystems client in Memphis, TN supports several thousand internal users, hundreds of applications from Microsoft to proprietary. These help desk analysts can expect to take anywhere from 10-30 calls a day, the company service desk takes 800-1100 calls per day. The team utilizes ServiceNow as their ticketing system. There area a total of 600-800 proprietary applications besides standard applications like Microsoft/Adobe. The company has around 30,000+ end users (enterprise environment. The service desk accepts all calls, and our client ideally needs a help desk analyst who can pivot, adjust, use critical thinking skills to work through problems. Also, a candidate who has logical thinking, a go getter attitude, and white glove customer service are ideal. Also, the ideal candidate should have the ability to find information, and where to go to find information. Ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of help desk experience within an enterprise/complex environment. The client has a class room/rigorous new hire training, and need candidates who are willing to learn their products and processes and find they are most successful. Required Skills * At least 3 years of recent help desk troubleshooting experience in a call center environment * Basic technical knowledge of the following: Installing, troubleshooting and maintaining computer hardware and software * Basic technical knowledge of the following: operating systems (OS), mobile devices, networking, business applications and security products * Available to work non-standard shifts including nights, weekends and some holidays * Very strong written and oral communication skills * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times as they will be handling calls from various levels *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.50/hr.
