*Description*
*Provide Administrative Support to senior leadership by performing various administrative duties to ensure efficient operations. *Meeting Coordination: Coordinate, assist in planning, prepare agendas, and monitor meetings; maintain calendar(s) and handle travel requests. *Event and Travel Coordination: Coordinate both internal and external events, such as team meetings and training sessions, including logistics planning, travel coordination, agenda creation, and catering. *Serve as a backup contact, handle inquiries, assess issues, and advise leaders of important matters. *Document Management: Perform word processing and desktop publishing, including presentations, spreadsheets, and graphs; transcribe information of a technical and/or critical nature; take meeting and conference call minutes. *Editing and Reviewing: Review and edit written material to ensure accuracy, neatness, proper punctuation, and grammar; suggest improvements to increase readability and transparency. *Communication Facilitation: Actively promote and ensure clear communication within the departments, facilitating inter-departmental communication. *Project Management: Manage and coordinate projects and programs to ensure high-quality results within the given timeframe. *Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as required and/or assigned. Proven experience with handling executive administration for sales leaders and commercial leaders. Proven experience with handling sensitive customer-related communications. Proven experience managing multiple calendars. Proven experience managing internal and external customer requests. *Skills* Administration, Product management, Microsoft, Calendar management, Outlook, Office suite, Meeting coordination, event coordination, document management *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Education: Knowledge of office/administrative practices acquired through college-level courses or equivalent work experience is required. An Associate's degree is preferred. *Experience: Minimum of two years of related experience. Must demonstrate outstanding computer skills and proficiency in software applications. *Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Able to effectively collaborate with all levels of company employees and possess functional knowledge of corporate operations. *Be a trusted partner, with a bias for action and attention to detail.
