As a Software Engineer on the Echo Global Logistics team, you will contribute to engineering of large-scale, cloud-native, web-based applications to enable Echo's business while supporting the architectural vision of quality, scalability, performance and function. You will need to be able to: Perform duties in an Agile environment Contributes to technical design and architecture, including high-level conceptual diagramming Work with your product owner to break down user stories Produceing high quality code and addressing any technical debt. Support and be accountable for timely releases of the features you work on Test your code to ensure your software functions as expected. , Handle any errors error handling and understand broad microservice/micro-frontend system workflows. If a bug should arise, you will need to iIsolates, reproduces, and tracks defects. Carry out a root cause analysis on defects to ensure fixes are happening in the right way. Provide mentorship to your teammates Manageing software risk, balanceing priorities, and going above and beyond the call of duty. Position Requirements 3+ years developing front-end, commercial-grade, business applications leveraging the following: Javascript/Typescript, React, and Nodejs HTML, CSS, & JSX Writing performant, mobile-first, responsive code Building well-tested reusable components and component architecture Proven track record of working with a Design team and design systems Proven track record in of working in a fast pacedfast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience building and maintaining a micro front-end architecture 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service 3+ years of experience in Agile practices What's in it for you?
