Who is Senior Aerospace AMT/Damar?
We are a manufacturer of structural parts for the leading original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) in the large business and regional jet markets. Our experience and capabilities span multiple segments of an aircraft, including the engine pylon, struts, wing box, wings, wheel well, and the interior. Our success is based on utilizing proprietary manufacturing techniques to manufacture high quality complex parts through cost effective production.

What does the job involve?
The Packslip/Certification Specialist prepares and preserves all applicable paperwork and documentation for product and shipments. All duties are managed and performed in accordance with customer flow down and supporting internal procedures.
What will my responsibilities include?
- Maintains a working knowledge of customer and industry quality standards (AS9100 / AS9102).
- Prepares pack slips and certification paperwork, per customer and internal requirements.
- Reviews a variety of documents for completeness and accuracy prior to shipment.
- Reviews for completion and uploads completed First Article Inspection Reports and supporting documents/records into Net-Inspect.
- Files, maintains and retrieves documents, records, and correspondence in accordance with established procedures.
- Works with Quality Engineering to assemble certification packages and required shipping documentation as needed for onsite Source Inspection by the customer.
- Uses a personal computer in a network environment to enter and update data, create documents and use system applications; uses email, spreadsheet and word processing software.
- Operates office equipment such as copiers, scanners and PCs.
- Follows all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Demonstrates a willing, positive, and proactive attitude. Follows verbal and written instructions; works independently with minimum supervision.
- Collaborates and cooperates with Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics personnel to resolve issues. Knows when to ask for information and assistance.
- Understands and complies with company policies and guidelines as described in the Employee Handbook, the Employee Safety Manual and the Quality Management System.
What qualifications should I have?
Preferred:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and keyboarding.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One-year experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with AS9100 and AS9102 Aerospace standards
