Coater Operator Assistant

Staffmark is hiring a Coater Operator Assistant for Spinnaker Coating in Troy, OH. In this essential role, you'll help produce top-quality label products used in a variety of industries. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow, this is the opportunity for you!

Pay:

• $21.00/hr during training on 1st shift
• $21.50/hr when you transition to 2nd shift

Available Shift: 2nd Shift Only: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist the coater operator in operating the production line
• Monitor adhesive levels and ensure accurate paper handling
• Perform quality checks and complete support tasks as needed
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on the production floor

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience with coating or machine operation is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
