Hours & Pay:

Pay Rate: $22.35/hour

Shifts Available:



  • Sunday-Tuesday/Wednesday: 12:00 AM-12:00 PM (1st Shift) or 12:00 PM-12:00 AM (2nd Shift)
  • Wednesday/Thursday-Saturday: 12:00 AM-12:00 PM (3rd Shift) or 12:00 PM-12:00 AM (4th Shift)

    • Rotating 3-on/4-off, 4-on/3-off schedule




Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Oversee the RLP pipe production line to ensure all products meet quality specifications
  • Palletize finished pipe and adjust machines as needed to maintain standards
  • Conduct start-up and routine inspections of equipment and machinery throughout your shift
  • Document quality checks, including weight, speed, temperature, and other key metrics
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas by housekeeping protocols
  • Support teammates and assist with other line operations as directed by leadership
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures with diligence and care
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors, leads, and maintenance staff to maintain efficiency
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and engage fully as a collaborative team member

What We're Looking For:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous manufacturing experience and a strong, consistent work history
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in hot or cold conditions
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-conscious team player
  • Good attendance record and strong communication skills
  • Nice to have: experience with forklifts and working in team-based environments
