Become a contributing member of the Retail Product Management team. In this entry level position, you will leverage your technical education and project experience to prioritize customer feedback while driving features and solutions to market, using established processes and tools. In this position you will be writing stories, working on UI/UX initiatives, and performing customer working-group activities for the FlexPLM product. Telecommuting is permitted.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage stakeholders and customers to gather ideas and inputs for feature requirements.
  • Write detailed product requirements documents, use cases, and user stories.
  • Leverage UI/UX design libraries and tools to develop new user experiences when needed.
  • Participate in tech support ticket triage.
  • Partner with marketing to develop messaging and materials for feature launches.

PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Familiarity with the Apparel and Footwear product development processes or using FlexPLM
  • Can prioritize and manage multiple competing projects, inputs, and initiatives.
  • Use of Figma and design libraries for UI/UX design
  • Passionate (customer centric) problem solver, dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
  • Demonstratable understanding of product specifications, user stories, and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

NECESSARY EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Product Management, UI/UX Designer or related role.
  • Experience delivering technical or business presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Effective collaborator with global and diverse teams, capable of working independently.
  • Experience work in Agile software development and story-writing

PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which may include the background and experience of all applicants, which can cause your compensation to vary. PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between$65,000-$80,000. The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Also, every PTC employee also has the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder, both through its stock grant programs or its employee share purchase program which allows employees to purchase PTC stock at a discount.
