This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with steady hours, competitive pay, and plenty of room to grow!

Hours & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $20.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | $21.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $22.50/hour

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks to move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging
• Safely transport items to and from production lines and storage racks
• Assist with truck loading and unloading as needed
• Perform regular forklift inspections to ensure safety and functionality
• Scan and track inventory movements with accuracy
• Maintain clean and organized staging, storage, and work areas
• Follow all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Support warehouse and production supervisors with additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience (stand-up and/or reach truck)
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts for extended periods
• Familiarity with warehouse or manufacturing environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Flexibility to work in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
