Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Operate various manufacturing equipment, including compression presses, laser machines, and bonding stations, to produce components using fiberglass materials. Follow written and verbal instructions to meet production goals while maintaining consistent pace, quality, and safety standards. Perform regular quality checks, complete required documentation accurately, and support continuous improvement by cross-training in multiple workstations. Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and uphold IATF 16949 standards, recognizing the importance of quality in customer satisfaction.
