*Job Title: Desktop Support Technician*
*Overview:* TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance to remote and onsite staff in Fort Mitchell, KY. This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining a wide range of hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and phones. Occasional travel within the region may be required, with transportation provided. *Responsibilities:* * Deliver excellent customer service and technical support for end-users * Configure, set up, and install computer equipment * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues * Assist with network-related tasks, such as router and switch troubleshooting * Maintain and manage IT assets and ensure system efficiency * Work effectively under pressure to meet operational needs *Key Qualifications:* * Strong customer service and communication skills * Experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and repair * Ability to navigate and resolve technical challenges efficiently * Adaptability in a fast-paced environment * A collaborative and team-oriented mindset *Experience Level:* Intermediate *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
