Staffmark is currently hiring an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist for a great opportunity with a well-established company in Fullerton, CA. If

Pay Rate: $25-$27/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Process vendor invoices accurately and on time
  • Perform three-way matching (PO, invoice, payment)
  • Scan and archive invoices for audit and compliance
  • Resolve discrepancies with vendors and purchasing teams
  • Coordinate biweekly and ad hoc check runs
  • Ensure proper approval and GL coding for non-PO invoices
  • Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues and collect missing documentation
  • Post daily cash receipts and generate/send customer invoices
  • Track and apply payments using remittance details
  • Review and process employee expense reports
  • Assist with journal entries and general accounting duties
  • Support the accounting team with various ad hoc projects



What We're Looking For:



  • Prior AP/AR experience (manufacturing or distribution industry preferred)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
