Requirements High school diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in facilities, office, or warehouse coordination Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills Ability to lift 50 pounds Occasional local travel including a valid driver's license Schedule \| 1st Shift Pay \| $22 - $25 per hour Facilities Coordinator Job Description Ensure a safe, clean, and organized facility during daily operations. Liaison between vendors and contractors. Communication with janitorial, HVAC, and other service vendors. Coordinate regular maintenance. Respond to repair requests. Maintain an inventory of tools, furniture, parts, and other related items. Manage warehouse storage, deliveries, and records. Coordinate schedules.
