Employee Resource Group (ERG) Project Manager

Position Description

We are seeking an ERG Project Manager to support the Culture team. The ERG PM will manage the company's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Affinity Groups to strengthen our programs to maximize their impact and effectiveness with an emphasis on fostering inclusion and belonging in the workplace. The ERG PM will provide planning and implementation support to the ERG and Affinity Group leadership teams for their initiatives, events, and partnerships. We are seeking a can-do attitude ready to roll up their sleeves and be part of a team committed to advancing a healthy culture in the workplace. The person must be a trusted advisor who is highly organized, results-oriented, and consistently delivers excellence in all aspects of their work. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Culture.

In addition to being passionate about Culture, role responsibilities include:



  • Oversee and guide the ERGs and Affinity Group leadership teams ensuring alignment to their charter, Culture strategic plan, and business goals to maximize their effectiveness
  • Project manage ERG initiatives and events serving as the primary point of contact for operational, logistical, and administrative activities for seamless execution from planning through to delivery
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams to support member communications, amplify events, and increase ERG visibility and recognition
  • Administer ERG processes to enable smooth execution, drive continuous improvement, and efficiency which may include the creation of resources, toolkits and guides
  • Support recruiting initiatives as it relates to Culture
  • Organize ERG content from events, communication, and other resource channels to build ERG specific repository to expand accessibility for members and employees
  • Collaborate with Culture external partnerships to integrate industry best practices and resources into our programs and processes
  • Analyze and track program KPIs and goals, update project tracking systems, create reports and presentations to share updates with Culture leadership and stakeholders
  • Meet regularly with ERG leadership and members to communicate priorities, align on progress, and build relationships.
  • Provide resource support to other networking groups based on specialized interests who are forming charters with goals to become an ERG.
  • Support ERG Leadership Team with external award submissions
  • Support ad-hoc requests




Qualifications:



  • 3-5 years of Project Management or transferrable experience that demonstrates comparable strong organizing skills
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A./B. S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience
  • English proficiency




Preferred Qualifications:



  • ERG knowledge, experience
  • Ability to lead through influence
  • Understanding of HR practices and processes

  • High-quality work that demonstrates competency from planning through delivery evidenced by measurable results

  • Action-oriented, energetic and resourceful leader who is capable of quickly taking control of their responsibilities and establishing themselves as a credible partner
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across functions and levels.
  • Excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when working with people and information
  • English language proficiency, and uses inclusive language in communication

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
