Summary of Job Duties:The Program Manager provides outreach, project management, e-Link membership management, and facilitation through planning, participation, and communication among all participating agencies and among e-Link team members. They are responsible for co-managing e-Link's Work Operating System, Monday.com, as well as marketing efforts for IDHI e-Link. This position maintains project task lists and keeps project plans up-to-date. The Program Manager will ensure timely communication with the Assistant e-Link Director and other Senior Program Managers and co-workers regarding e-Link changes that have the potential to impact other teams, systems, healthcare markets. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Health Management, or a related field, plus four (4) years of experience in management, planning, financial operations, network design/support, interactive video, health information, communications, or a related area.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong ability to collaborate and negotiate with internal departments, external agencies, and partner organizations to advance program objectives.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated experience in project leadership and management, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

  • Highly detail-oriented while maintaining a clear understanding of broader project goals and program scope.

  • Working knowledge of telecommunications and technology systems; familiarity with healthcare delivery models is strongly preferred.

  • Professional demeanor and appearance, with the ability to perform job duties independently and with minimal orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's in Business, Education, Health Management or related field

  • Experience working with datacenter solutions Interactive video experience

Additional Information:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the Monday.com Administrator to design, implement, and maintain structured workflows, task assignments, and timelines across project boards.

  • Monitors project dashboards to ensure accurate data entry, real-time updates, and alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools.

  • Provides user support, training, and troubleshooting assistance for Monday.com; escalates system issues as needed.

  • Assists in maintaining the e-Link database to ensure data integrity and alignment with broader system requirements.

  • Coordinates internal and external marketing efforts, including the creation and distribution of digital and print materials such as flyers, newsletters, presentations, and reports.

  • Supports content development for social media, email campaigns, and website updates, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

  • Plans and manages program-related events including webinars, workshops, and community outreach, overseeing logistics, communications, and participant engagement.

  • Leads or contributes to special projects by conducting research and analysis, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking milestones, and supporting grant proposal development and reporting.

  • Performs other duties as assigned to support program operations and strategic initiatives.
