Chemical / Production Technician

Pay / Schedule: $22.5/hr, 4 days on / 4 days off, 6 pm-6 am + OT Opportunity. At 50 hours per week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,330 gross.

The Production Technician role supports chemical manufacturing processes critical to advanced electronics and semiconductor technologies. Working in a cleanroom and warehouse environment, technicians handle materials like ammonium chloride, helium, and nitrogen while assembling/disassembling production equipment, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring the safe, efficient operation of all processes. The position demands strict adherence to safety protocols, including wearing full-face respirators and working in PPE, with responsibilities performed in rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Requirements:

• Chemical Process Operation - Experience or ability to learn and safely operate chemical manufacturing systems in a production environment.
• Mechanical Aptitude - Skill in assembling/disassembling equipment and performing basic maintenance using hand tools.
• Forklift Operation - Fork truck experience (with retraining provided); ability to maneuver materials in warehouse and cleanroom settings.
• Safety & PPE Compliance - Ability to wear full-face respirators, SCBA suits, and lift up to 50 lbs, including rolling 200 lb cylinders.
• Technical Troubleshooting & SOP Adherence - Capable of identifying process issues, following standard operating procedures, and updating documentation accordingly.
