We are seeking a Manager of Talent Development who will have tremendous impact as they provide thought leadership on key talent management processes such as annual performance review process, talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. This role will be instrumental in accelerating talent management and development in support of Hanger's strategy, purpose, vision, and values. The Manager of Talent Management will support Hanger's strategic priority of being an employer of choice in the orthotics, prosthetics, and allied health field. Your Impact
Provide thought leadership on key talent management processes such as annual performance review process, talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
