Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. This role is critical in ensuring that our organization has a diverse and talented workforce. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing our recruitment process, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. Duties - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including cold calling and relationship management. - Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, employee referrals, and social media. - Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit. - Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with employment labor laws and company policies. - Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including developing job descriptions, posting job ads, and scheduling interviews. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop a plan to fill positions. - Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to source top talent. - Conduct employee evaluations to assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement. - Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and job performance. - Utilize HRIS systems to manage the recruitment process and track candidate progress. - Develop and negotiate employment contracts to ensure fair and competitive compensation packages. - Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management. - Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Experience - Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a related role. - Strong understanding of employment labor laws and their application in recruitment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers. - Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. - Experience with HRIS systems - Strong research skills to stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines. - Experience with employee evaluation and training development. - Strong relationship management skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners. - Ability to negotiate employment contracts and ensure fair and competitive compensation packages. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -Minimum of one year experience in Human Resources -Prior hospital experience preferred EEO Statement All UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
