Summary: We are seeking a strategic and driven HCP Marketing Manager to lead and execute key initiatives that drive product adoption and commercial success. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is passionate about developing impactful content, enabling sales teams, and translating clinical insights into compelling marketing strategies and content. The HCP Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our healthcare professional (HCP) marketing efforts, leading campaign development, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that support product growth, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen brand positioning. In This Role, You Will: Sales Enablement & Collateral Development
- Oversee the creation and optimization of sales tools, presentations, and collateral tailored to various customer segments and sales stages.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify gaps and opportunities in training and messaging resources.
- Ensure alignment of sales materials with brand strategy and product positioning.
- Collaborate with sales training to manage a sales enablement content calendar to ensure the timely and consistent rollout of relevant collateral, messaging updates, and training resources.
Content Development & Campaign Support
- Lead the development of key HCP marketing campaigns, including messaging, content strategy, and sales collaterals (e.g., brochures, sell sheets, case studies, product presentations)
- Translate clinical data and technical product information into impactful marketing narratives and tools.
- Partner with Marcom and external agencies to manage campaign calendars, workflows, and creative execution strategy.
Creative & Visual Communications
- Guide the development of visual assets including infographics, presentations, and product visuals that reflect a consistent brand identity.
- Manage basic video production and editing for training, testimonials, and product demonstrations.
- Liaise with design vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality of creative assets.
Supporting Other Cross-Functional Activities
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Support the execution of clinical and competitive marketing tactics that support product adoption.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to help inform messaging and content development.
Who You Will Report To:
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in commercial marketing, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences. 6+ years with an advanced degree.
- Strong experience in sales enablement, content development, and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of collaborating with sales, product, and clinical teams
- Ability to translate clinical and technical information into customer-friendly messaging.
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and basic video editing software.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Education: Equivalent work experience or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in KPI tracking.
- Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for medical devices.
- Work location: In-office, hybrid, or remote
- Travel: 30% travel
