Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for server engineering and a desire to lead a talented team. We are seeking a Server Engineering Manager leads a team of engineers responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of server infrastructure and backend systems. This role ensures high availability, scalability, and performance of server environments while aligning with organizational goals and security standards. This role can be located in Hamilton-New Jersey, Maitland-Florida or Denver-Colorado. Travel Required up to 10% Key Responsibilities Qualifications 7+ years of experience in server engineering or infrastructure roles, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity. Experience with monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, SolarWinds) Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) Be authorized to work for Sonepar in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
