An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Global Mobility Consultant local to our Pittsburgh, PA, Danbury, CT or Houston, TX offices.

This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your consultant experience to deliver high touch policy consultation and ongoing services to transferring employees and their families to facilitate a seamless mobility experience.

The Global Mobility Consultant is responsible for coordinating shipments, destination services, and all other client approved benefits while acting as a key point of contact throughout the relocation process. In addition, there is a strong focus on collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and clients to administer complex global mobility programs and processes.

Position Responsibilities:



  • Provides high-touch policy consultation services to global transferees. Reviews assignment letter, benefit details, and other complex pieces of the mobility program such as compensation details with the transferee according to customized mobility program offerings
  • Collaborates with internal teams, external partners, and clients to facilitate end-to-end service delivery including all client approved benefits
  • Oversees assignment from start to finish. Establishes active, ongoing touch points throughout the life of the assignment to stay connected with the assignee and capture changes that might impact their benefits or mobility status. Communicates status change to internal teams
  • Audits various elements of the mobility program to ensure benefits are delivered according to client expectations
  • Liaises with client and partners. Attends internal and external meetings as needed
  • Acts as a mentor and subject matter expert to the team. Provides coverage and absorbs transition files as needed.



Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred


  • 3+ years of mobility consultant experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of international assignment management and global business preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
