Description * Take inbound calls regarding peoples car loans * Answer customer questions * Schedule follow ups * Open accounts * Take payments Qualifications * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast paced, high volume call center position * Minimum of 1 year of office experience in administrative, banking, data entry, or dealership experience * 1 year of call center experience * Customer service experience in a banking or financial services setting Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
