The Creative Studio Production Lead is responsible for the seamless execution of day-to-day internal creative production operations. This role is instrumental in managing the end-to-end workflow-from project intake through final delivery-ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time, properly resourced, and meet brand standards for quality and consistency.

As a key strategic operator, the Production Lead thrives in dynamic environments and brings a strong background in creative marketing execution. With a sharp eye for detail and deep expertise across design, copy, and video workflows, this individual drives operational excellence across cross-functional teams. The role also serves as the primary point of contact for external production partners and agencies, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment on all creative deliverables.

What you'll bring to the role:

Production Operations & Trafficking



  • Lead the full lifecycle of creative projects-from intake and resourcing through to final delivery.
  • Manage trafficking of all creative assets across internal teams and marketing channels.
  • Maintain daily meetings and visibility across projects and priorities, escalating blockers when needed.


Studio Resourcing & Planning



  • Oversee resource allocation for internal design, copy, and video team members.
  • Manage capacity planning and help inform decisions around freelance or contractor needs.
  • Work closely with creative leadership to sequence work according to team availability and strategic priorities.


External Vendor Management



  • Serve as the main point of contact for production vendors and freelance partners.
  • Negotiate scopes and timelines, and ensure timely, on-brand deliverables.
  • Align third-party output with internal guidelines and legal requirements.


Process, Tools & Continuous Improvement



  • Manage and evolve creative operations processes, documentation, and SOPs.
  • Leverage tools like Monday.com, Workfront, or similar to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, marketers, and media teams to improve operational excellence.



Role Qualifications:




  • 6+ years of creative production or studio operations experience, preferably in a hybrid in-house/agency model.
  • Proven ability to manage workflows and resources across design, copywriting, and video teams.
  • Expertise in project management platforms such as Monday.com, Workfront, or similar.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a detail-first mindset.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, contract execution, and procurement workflows.
  • Basic familiarity with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and standard creative file formats is a must.
  • Direct experience in creative production (e.g., copywriting, design, or video) is a strong plus.
  • Expert in managing end-to-end creative workflows across design, copy, and video-from intake to final delivery.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement skills.
