What you will do:

You will be the leader responsible for effective oversight and leadership of enterprise project & program management activities, including prioritization, cross-departmental communication, capacity planning, and standardization and optimization of the related project & program documentation and reporting to PMI stakeholders. Partnering closely with business leaders, team members, and other identified stakeholders to meet established objectives for enterprise projects & programs and assure progress towards related business objectives. For critical projects and program with enterprise-wide impact, serve as supervising project leader to ensure effective and efficient progress of overall project.

Leading continuous improvement efforts for the organization's project management maturity through implementation and ongoing leadership of the Project & Program Center of Excellence, leading the internal Community of Practice of Project Professionals towards M.O.R.E. (PMI's data-driven broaden vision of the project management profession) as well as assuring the organization's ability to quickly respond to changing market conditions by fully leveraging robust planning and execution of our PMI:Next Strategy.

What you will bring to the role:



  • Bachelors' degree in business or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a global business environment focused on portfolio, product, or broad organization planning.
  • PMP, PBA, PMI-ACP and/or other related IT and/or Agile credentials (PMP required).
  • Minimum of 2 years managing people.
  • Experience of working and leading in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
  • Highly developed meeting facilitation, consultative and team leadership abilities
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize among multiple diverse concurrent activities as well as work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating and sustaining relationships with Boards, senior management, departmental teams, and leaders from diverse geographic and cultural environments/locations, ensuring teams can work collaboratively for results
  • Successfully process abstract verbal and written information to support program strategy, direction and implementation or action plans, with demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
