We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Reporting/Performance Manager to join our Client Reporting and Performance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manages and oversees multiple Client Reporting and Performance teams
- Manages the direction of large projects with high impact, visibility, and risk to ensure area goals are met
- Assists in establishing functional objectives that align with the goals of the business
- Implements strategies and activities to improve on the process of monitoring and reporting on client portfolio performance
- Ensures client satisfaction by identifying and preemptively solving possible issues
- Provides guidance on future requirements of data collection and reporting platforms in order to stay up to date with industry best practices and to stay competitive within the market
- Provides guidance to other managers on key and complex issues including compliance and regulatory concerns
- Implements appropriate staffing models to ensure Client Reporting and Performance teams have the resources and capabilities needed to complete work requirements, achieve functional goals, and meet the needs of the business
- Responsible for resource and activity budget for multiple teams
- Responsible for recruiting, directing, motivating and developing multiple teams of Client Reporting and Performance staff
- Participates in short and long range planning to support the strategic direction of Client Reporting and Performance activities
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience, is required
- 10-15 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred
- Experience in trading or brokerage preferred
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
People Leadership requirement:
- Responsible for the achievement of area goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of teams
- Responsible for a significant level of problem resolution and for the resource and activity budget of multiple teams
- Manages multiple teams of Client Reporting and Performance professionals tasked with complex issues
