Position Highlights:



  • Provide excellent clinical pediatric services as required by Optum CO, adopting best practices and practicing evidence-based medicine
  • Provide comprehensive care in-clinic to a broad range of pediatric patients from birth to 18 years of age with diverse pathological conditions and medical complications; also responsible for vaccine management
  • Schedule: 36 patient facing hours per week; however, flexible scheduling is available with the option for a 4 or 5 day a week schedule to support a healthy work/life balance
  • Occasional Saturday clinic coverage, approximately 4 times per year; Clinic hours 8 am-2 pm
  • Very collaborative environment with an established patient base

Required Qualifications:



  • Unrestricted, NP/PA-C active licensure in the State of CO or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Current CO DEA or ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Pediatrics experience is ideal but new graduate NPs and PAs are welcome to apply; prior pediatrics experience in nursing will also be considered



Compensation & Benefits Highlights:



  • Attractive base salary, sign on bonus, and quarterly bonus plan

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $110,000 - $166,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
