About the Job:
STS Component Solutions is hiring an OEM Product Line Manager to join our OEM Distribution team in Palm City, Florida. In this critical role, you'll become the internal expert driving strategic growth and market leadership within our OEM and aftermarket product lines. You'll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, purchasing, and business development teams to maximize revenue, optimize inventory, and build robust relationships with our OEM partners.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage daily activities related to assigned OEM and aftermarket products, including RFQs, purchase orders, forecasts, stocking orders, inventory management, and customer support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to formulate effective sales strategies and pricing models.
- Act as the liaison between OEM partners and STS Component Solutions' sales, support, and business development teams.
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and product launch strategies.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Travel as needed to attend industry conferences, visit customers, and engage in critical business meetings.
- Prepare detailed reports and executive summaries outlining performance, trends, and recommendations.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for designated product lines, providing guidance and strategic insights across the organization.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Aviation Management, or related fields)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in OEM distribution, particularly within aerospace or related industries
- Strong knowledge of commercial aviation, aircraft aftermarket operations, supply chain dynamics, and inventory management
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive-level presentations
- Self-starter with strong initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and excel in a collaborative team environment
Additional Qualifications:
- Comfortable learning new software systems such as Quantum and developing process enhancements
- Willingness to embrace innovation, drive change, and proactively identify improvement opportunities
