Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of the designated sales coordinator team within the Small Business Sales division. It involves collaborating with partner operational teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency. Additionally, the position provides leadership in coaching and developing the sales coordinators to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Functions
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day service activities of the sales coordinators which includes paperwork accuracy and submission of renewals for small employer groups/member in addition to other administrative responsibilities.
  • Provide leadership and represent the Client Services area in various projects and work groups as it relates to the sales coordinator role.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing process improvement opportunities related to both the sales coordinator role and their work.
  • Will lead efforts with other internal departments to ensure coordination and efficiency in the work that is being done cross functionally.
  • Responsible for leading the interviewing, hiring and training of the sales coordinators.
  • Coach and develop staff using the "People First" concepts.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 3 years of relevant experience in related field

Preferred

  • 3 years of relevant experience in project and/or people leadership
