Cooley is seeking a Manager of Practice Managment to join the Practice Managment team. Position summary: The Manager of Practice Management will work in partnership with the Associate Director and Director of Practice Management and practice group leaders to provide financial and operational support to department and practice group leadership. This position is expected to employ a wide range of strategic and tactical solutions to help improve the profitability and efficiency of the practice groups, including supporting the development and driving of strategy, business plans, analysis related to hiring decisions, financial, operational and competitive analysis, and work closely with various business professional teams that provide support to the department and practice groups. The Manager will assess the assigned practice group(s) strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness and opportunities, and advise the group leader(s) on recommended action plans to help achieve the group's long-term goals. This role will also support the Associate Directors on projects and activities in support of the overall Business and Litigation departments. Cooley offers a competitive compensation and excellent benefits package and is committed to fair and equitable employment practices. EOE. The expected annual pay range for this position with a full-time schedule is $125,000 - $155,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate. Senior level candidates may be considered for this position and would be eligible for a higher salary range based on experience.
