We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Low Voltage Systems Sales & Estimation Specialist, with a strong focus on fire alarm systems and RAR solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a field-based environment, enjoys building client relationships, and has a passion for designing and selling engineered systems solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:


  • Market, design, and estimate low voltage systems, especially fire alarm systems and RAR solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and end users
  • Actively call on new and existing clients throughout South Florida Market
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across Pavion/AFA's product lines and services
  • Maintain a dynamic field schedule, spending the majority of time engaging with clients onsite
  • Price jobs using company-provided software and tools
  • Develop and present proposals in line with company guidelines and customer needs
  • Conduct needs analysis and follow up with clients to ensure high closure rates
  • Promote additional products and services to existing customers to maximize account value
  • Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive to join our security business unit.


Basic Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of fire alarm sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience in design and estimating low voltage systems


Preferred Qualifications:


  • NICET Certification
  • Experience with the Notifier product line
  • Familiarity with local fire alarm codes
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Experience working in or calling on the construction industry
  • BDA/ERRCS system sales experience is a plus


Base salary range $60K to $75K plus uncapped commissions
