Description
Are you looking for a flexible fitness role that lets you build your own schedule while making a meaningful impact in your community? We're seeking a Tai Chi Instructor who's passionate about wellness and eager to lead others on their fitness journey through the art of Tai Chi. Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, Tai Chi is known to improve balance, strength, mental clarity, and overall well-being. What You'll Do:
As a Tai Chi Instructor, you'll help members reach their goals in a supportive and energizing environment. You will:
Lead group classes focused on proper form, movement, breathing, and flow
Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for participants of all fitness levels
Offer modifications and guidance based on individual needs
Demonstrate techniques with clarity and enthusiasm
Encourage consistent attendance and foster a sense of community in your classes
Work in state-of-the-art facilities with high-quality equipment and spacious studios
What You Bring:
Experience teaching fitness or wellness classes, ideally including Tai Chi or similar modalities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for inspiring others and helping people improve their physical and mental wellness
Knowledge of fitness principles, body movement, and safe exercise practices
Ability to engage with and motivate a diverse group of participants
A background in exercise science, health & wellness, or fitness training is a plus

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Hold a Tai Chi certification (TCF or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience leading group fitness or wellness classes
Consistent availability to teach classes as scheduled
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment
Pay Range:
Compensation is based on certifications and experience.
