Job Details

The Director of AI Readiness and Enablement will report to the Sr. Director, AI Platforms and Solutions, and will play a pivotal role in helping to lead Cencora on its journey towards maturity in leveraging AI across the global workforce. This leader will work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the organization is prepared for AI enablement, leading education and awareness initiatives, driving change management, measuring and encouraging adoption, and making data-driven recommendations. They will solicit and act on stakeholder feedback and collaborate closely with product, delivery teams to implement recommended changes. Additionally, they will support the department lead in liaison activities with other senior stakeholders across various the HR, Compliance, Legal and IT domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI readiness initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of AI technologies.
  • Measure and analyze key metrics to evaluate adoption and effectiveness of AI initiatives, making recommendations based on data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, ensuring continuous improvement in AI processes and strategies.
  • Partner with product and delivery teams to execute recommended changes and enhancements.
  • Assist the department lead in liaising with senior stakeholders in HR, Compliance, Legal and IT, and other domains, fostering strong relationships and working collaboratively towards common goals around AI adoption and enablement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and transformation.

    Profil :

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or another related field, or equivalent work experience
    - Preferably 7+ years in Information Technology in progressive levels of responsibility and leadership
    - High level understanding of several components of IT such as: Product Management, Technical Architecture, Business Analysis, Testing or Operations and Support.
    - 3+ years of budgetary responsibility preferred
    - Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to respond well under pressure

    - Strong leadership skills
    - Self-motivated and self-directed
    - Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across organizations to optimize outcomes
    - Demonstrates working knowledge of product management methodology
    - Understanding of basic SAFe Agile principles and methodology
    - Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet commitments
    - Ability to work across multiple groups within IT to ensure end to end performance
    - Excellent interpersonal skills, must be comfortable working continually on a team with daily accountability for keeping commitments
    - Excellent written and oral communication, listening and presentation skills
    - In-depth knowledge of business operations
    - Good organizational skills
    - Ability to use good judgment in conveying status and problem escalation
    - Provides coaching and mentoring to team members
    - Knowledge of the cost basis for the service
