The Supervisor, Customer Insights is responsible for the development and performance of on-site analysis and solution delivery activities to customer facilities with a focus on efforts to reduce the need/number of Device and Instrument repairs. This individual administers, coordinates, and controls the day to day activities for a team of Customer Insights Analysts within an assigned region. Pay range for this opportunity is$78,200.00-$101,200.00.This position is eligible forbonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
