JOB TITLE: Panda Express Back of House Team Member JOB PURPOSE: Panda Express Back of House position is responsible for preparation of all of Panda Expresses menu items which includes prepping vegetables, meats, sauces, and some dish washing by following proper food safety and Panda express guidelines. This position will be tasked with keeping the front line full of fresh foods and filling in to spots wherever needed. This position requires working around high heat and a busy environment. Our kitchen team associates are trained to maintain the highest standards of our food including the preparation and culinary precision of our menu offerings, food quality and safety and cleanliness of our restaurant.
