Job Summary
Conducts analysis on assigned client accounts and internal initiatives related to account performance, growth, retention and trends. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, analytics, key internal stakeholders, and account executives/managers, developing custom evaluations of accounts integrating data from multiple sources, ensuring understanding and correct application of analysis and delivering presentations used to guide high-value decisions

Essential Functions



  • Manages assigned set of accounts, collaborates with internal stakeholders on any reporting gaps, and presents to clients in person, virtual or as required
  • Partners closely with analytics and account management to automate existing reporting and develop advanced analytics tailored to the clients needs/expectations
  • Designs custom analysis using tools like PowerBI, Excel, or SQL
  • Develops formal presentations and presents the Company value proposition to C-suite Executives and other key decision makers of accounts
  • Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problems
  • Provides proactive consultation on cross-functional teams to gather and integrate evaluations of customersenvironments, performance evaluations, performance problems and potential alternatives in support of growth and retention


Required Qualifications



  • 4+ years related work experience in providing consulting support, analytic or clinical communication
  • Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience Finance, Analytics, Marketing or RN
  • 4+ years related work experience with a focus in the health or medical industry or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education
  • 2+ years experience with summarizing and presenting data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills (ability to create and build pivot tables, formulas, macro automations, etc.)
  • Experience validating, manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting information from highly technical areas (analytics, account management, clinical) to make effective cost and process decisions resulting in increased client satisfaction and retention


Preferred Qualifications



  • Master's degree in a related field Finance, Analytics or Marketing
  • Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with storytelling by analyzing complex data, trends, and outliers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Prior analyst role in a related field/industry


General Physical Demands
