The RoleThe Manager, Training Within Industry (TWI) is responsible for developing and leading the deployment of the TWI program across QuidelOrtho's Rochester manufacturing sites. This role focuses on building front-line leadership capability, improving job instruction and training consistency, and embedding standard work practices that support quality, safety, and productivity. Working in close partnership with Manufacturing, QIC, Quality, and HR teams, the TWI Leader ensures sustainable skills development and fosters a strong foundation for a continuous improvement culture. Production Operators, Trainers, Leads, Supervisors, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Training, and HR teams Work EnvironmentThis role is based at the Rochester manufacturing campuses and requires significant time on the production floor. Office work and training sessions will occur in both classroom and on-the-job environments. Physical DemandsPosition requires ability to lift up to 30 lbs. onoccasion. Up to 50% of time at production environment or lab, walking, standing, and sitting for periods of time are routine to accomplish tasks in this role. Position requires use of Personal Protective Equipment as posted. Salary TransparencySalary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including: education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on that facts and circumstances of each case. Salary range for this position is $94,000 to 126,000 and is bonus eligible. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time) and paid Holidays.
