Remote-LMS Manager

We are seeking an Remote Learning Management System (LMS) Manager to support our customer at Patrick Space Force Base, in Satellite Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties and meet the following qualifications.

Duties:

• Supports the upload, testing and management of interactive courseware (e-learning) on the customer LMS.
• Advises on technical standards, specifications, and compliance for web-based courseware such as SCORM, ADA 508 compliance, and xAPI
• Develops interactive courseware from script storyboards using various authoring systems.
• Capable of performing interim and final testing of developed courses.
• Maintains detailed documentation pertaining to courseware development, upload, test and evaluation.

Required Education:

• Master's degree. Experience may be substituted for degree level

Required Experience:

• At least five (5) years of related work experience.

Key Expertise Areas:

• Familiarity with learning management systems such as CourseMill, Moodle, Canvas, etc.
• Familiarity with courseware standards including Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, SCORM, and xAPI.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Courseware authoring and development with tools such as Captivate and Articulate.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
