Role Summary The role involves helping set out a residential strategy across Europe and contributing to the efficient implementation of said strategy and ongoing monitoring. This means actively being part of research, market sounding, monitoring and acquisitions, management and eventually sales processes. These transactions could be complex in structure or have ambitious timelines. However, the expectation would be to ensure a high quality output, whether with modelling, memo writing and process management. The role includes providing support to the wider Transactions team in relation to new acquisitions (from sourcing to onboarding) and sales, assisting the team with high-quality data management, analyzing results, and submitting strategy papers. This requires an affinity to quantitative analysis and modelling as well as preparing and developing presentations that support team initiatives and contribute to the decision-making processes.
