Senior BRP Business Analyst

This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered.

As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen.

Senior consultant with 20+ years of experience leading business process improvement and transformation initiatives, specializing in Lean Six Sigma and IT modernization. Expert in process analysis, risk assessment, and enterprise integration. Skilled in guiding cross-functional teams, facilitating training, and advising senior leaders on strategic, technical, and organizational issues. Proven ability to manage complex projects, develop integrated systems, and deliver cost-saving solutions aligned with open system architecture and DoD strategic goals. Holds a master's degree and PMI-PBA certification.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior BRP Business Analyst: $

Pay commensurate with experience.

Senior BRP Business Analyst Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct business process analysis, improvement, and reengineering to support modernization efforts.

  • Apply methodologies such as activity modeling, data modeling, transaction flow analysis, risk analysis, and performance measurement.

  • Lead standardization of information systems procedures and integration of shared software and database systems.

  • Identify and implement logical, cost-effective business improvement opportunities aligned with Information Management and open architecture principles.

  • Manage transitions of project teams and facilitate the accomplishment of project goals.

  • Serve as key coordinator for enterprise-wide reengineering initiatives across multiple project teams.

  • Design, develop, and deliver customized Lean Six Sigma training to diverse audiences.

  • Provide group facilitation, knowledge transfer, and coaching in process improvement methods.

  • Advise leadership on organizational, strategic, and technical implementation of Business Transformation methodologies.

  • Manage and conduct complex Lean Six Sigma projects and events.

  • Analyze data from large-scale IT initiatives and provide holistic, actionable recommendations to senior leaders.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Senior BRP Business Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • Master's Degree or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 20 years in program management

  • Proven supervisory experience supporting complex research, engineering, development, and technology programs

  • Deep understanding of defense agency operations and enterprise transformation projects

  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodology and process reengineering

  • Strong analytical skills, including risk assessment and performance measurement

  • Proficient in modeling techniques and development of integrated software/database systems

  • Skilled in cross-functional team leadership and interdepartmental coordination

  • Effective trainer with extensive knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum development

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence senior decision-makers

  • Strategic thinker with a systems-oriented approach to solving enterprise-level challenges

  • Strong understanding of IT systems in large, complex organizations

  • Active Secret security clearance

  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
